Investing In Our Youth has several current projects and activities underway. These include:

The Active Rural Communities program: Managed in partnership with the Western Australian Country Health Service, and funded by the Department of Health and Ageing's Healthy Active Australia Community and Schools Grant program, this project was able to encourage children and young people to increase their involvement in physical activity throughout the ten rural shires in the South West Region.

The Linking Education and Families program was developed by Fiona Farren and funded in six Bunbury Primary Schools in 2007 by the National Community Crime Prevention Program and in the same six schools by Lotterywest in 2008 and in Harvey Primary School in 2008 and 2009. In 2010, the LEAF steering group continues to advocate on behalf of the program and current aims include the development of a LEAF training package.

Participating schools offer family visits to newly enrolled kindergarten students and make facilities available for Play Cafes for families with children aged 0-4.
