The Pod
The Pod is a not for profit organisation dedicated to ensuring Early Education and Care Providers are supported in delivering the highest quality of care and learning environments for our children.
We aim to support and resource both not for profit and for profit Early Education and Care Services across the South West and rural regions through professional development opportunities, networking, promotion of best practice, operational support and our online mobile training platform. Whether you call our hotline for instant industry advice or require in depth assessment and rating guidance, our highly experienced consultants are here to help take the load off you.
Our business model is a concept that resulted from extensive research, consultancy and trialed methods of support within the Early Education and Care sector during the 2013 – 2015 Regional Community Child Care Development project. The inception of The Pod stemmed from the identified gaps and needs which impact the delivery of care throughout the South West and our services evolve to meet the ever changing needs of the industry.

MOBILE TRAINING
As the industry evolves, so do we! Cue the birth of our online mobile training courses. Designed with the busy educator in mind, our short courses are interactive, engaging and packed with industry resources to see you become the best Educator possible.
Once you have purchased your course you will be sent an email from our Online Learning Platform, Ed app. Using the email address you used to purchase the course and password sent to you log in to Ed App to view your purchased courses and start your online learning journey. Happy learning Educators!
